Refund policy

Customer is responsible for return shipping and it must be received within 14 days from original delivery date on tracking number issued. 

- If you wish to return something and you meet the requirements below, please email  theranchatmc@gmail.com to receive your return authorization.

- Returns are accepted for store credit only. Credit expires after one year.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & customer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs unless The Ranch Boutique was responsible for the mistake. 

- Items must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. 

- Items must be scent free (NO makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements). 

- Shoes must be returned in their original condition in their box without any damage to the packaging. Do NOT ship back with the label on the outside of the shoe box.

- Store credit will be issued in the form of a code/gift card to be used on the website. Credit will expire after one year.
